Welcome to Gatten Sushi, my friends and I dig sushi and we have sampled other sushi restaurants around the 626 as well, but Gatten stands at the top for freshness. Your experience at Gatten will really depend how many chefs are at the cutting board. Also as a bonus, most of the good dishes are pretty cheap, so there no need to blow off huge amounts of cash unless you feeling fancy during your visit. My favorite dish here is the Mayonaise Scallop cause each bite just gives off a cool melting taste.


Price: moderate $1.50 to $5.00 a dish
Recommendations: Squid legs, Mayonnaise Scallop, Otoro Salmon
Avoid: Natto, and any tofu dish
